The Space
The condo is approximately 500 square feet, and accommodates up to 2 guests. There is one queen bed in the master. There is central air conditioning and heat, a full-sized stackable washer and dryer, and plush furnishings. In addition, free cable television and free wireless internet access is provided. There are also granite counter tops, a renovated kitchen and bathroom, flat screen television, and interesting decor and books to enjoy. Every detail has been considered to make your stay a memorable one, and we are available to assist in any way possible.
The full kitchen comes equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and all of the tools you need to cook your favorite meals. Having said that, with so many dining options nearby, you may never use it. Similarly, a bar area comes stocked with glassware and all of the bar tools you will need to fix your favorite cocktails while visiting. Just add liquor and mixers and you are all set. The closest liquor store is only one block away. During your stay, you will enjoy access to free private, gated, and secured parking for one car (plus a motorcycle or scooter), if you need it. Also enjoy an outdoor pool area that is perfectly suited for those hot Austin days.

Awesome spot
Nice place at the heart of Austin Downtown, has all you need and if not, grocery stores around the place.
I felt like I was at home- thoughtful and considerate host, great GREAT location, and cute cozy place. My trip to Austin was amazing and having a nice Airbnb to come home to made me miss everything about my trip. One thing I will say, if you are an extremely light sleeper and like to sleep in, this specific Airbnb is a little bit noisy since it’s right next to the street. I could hear people arguing and sirens sometimes but it never woke me up. However, my friend and I constantly kept saying what great location our place is in because we were able to walk practically everywhere, especially to the infamous 6th street! Thank you again Ryan.
The Marfa Suite was a perfect place to stay for my conference! With a desk, couch, and chairs to pick from, I was really able to spread out and do my work. I’d forgotten about the washer and dryer, so it was a fun surprise to be able to have the comforts of home. Great location and very comfortable!
