Welcome to the Garden Suite

Relax and enjoy the fountain just outside of your door. The Garden Suite is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, and provides easy access to the Austin Convention Center just across the street. The property is two blocks from the world famous 6th Street and the Warehouse District, and a handful of blocks from every other downtown attraction including hundreds of restaurants, movie theaters, bars, nightclubs, lounges, and live music venues. The town lake walking/jogging trail is just a few blocks away, there is a yoga studio just across the street, Starbucks is 200 feet from the front door, and arrangements can be made for a temporary gym membership two blocks away during your visit, if desired.

This 675 square foot unit features accommodations for up to 5 guests (two queen beds and a twin-sized air mattress), central air and heat, a full sized stackable washer and dryer, a small covered patio, free cable television, free wireless internet access, wood burning fireplace, and plush furnishings. With granite counter tops, renovated kitchen and bathrooms, and flat screen televisions mounted on the walls, every detail has been considered to make your stay a pleasant one.

A full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all of the tools you need to cook your favorite meals will be included, however there are so many dining options within a few blocks, you may never use it. A few nearby options include: Fleming’s Steakhouse, Fogo de Chao, Piranha Sushi, Vince Young Steakhouse, Backspace, PF Changs, 200 Congress, La Condessa, Lamberts, Swift’s Attic, Champions Sports Bar, Parkside, Eddie V’s, The Onion, Swift’s Attic, La Condessa, Trace, Lambert’s, and many more.

A wet bar comes stocked with glassware, a blender, and all of the bar tools you will need to fix your favorite cocktails while visiting. Just add liquor and mixers and you are all set. The closest liquor store is 1 block away.

You will also receive access to free private gated parking for one car (plus a motorcycle or scooter), an outdoor pool area, and one of the most lively neighborhoods in ATX! Check-in is at 3:00 pm. For your convenience, our keyless lock system will automatically activate your unique code at that time. You can share this code with your entire party to alleviate the hassle of dealing with keys.
Check-out is at 11:00 am. The cleaning crew is scheduled to arrive at that time so we can get everything ready for the next guests.
We provide one parking space with each reserved unit. The parking is covered, as well as gated and secure. If you require additional parking, the Marriott Residence Inn (which is directly across the street) provides both valet and self-parking options for a fee. Street parking is an option, but most of the spaces near the condo are metered during the day.
The complex has a nice swimming pool that is open from 10am - 10pm daily.
We do not allow parties, events, photo shoots, or large groups without prior consent under any circumstances. If you need assistance with an event venue, we have established relationships with quite a few local businesses, and would be happy to assist. In addition, the complex has a strict noise policy, with quiet hours starting at 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors as any noise violations (and the associated fines) will be the responsibility of the booking party.
We have a strict "no refund" cancellation policy, and all reservations are paid in full at the time of booking. In addition, guests who violate our policies may be subject to eviction without refund.

The apartment was great. Easy access, walking distance to 6th street, and the complex was nice! Wish we would’ve been staying longer instead of visiting on a quick trip. Ryan was helpful and not overbearing.

Great apartment. Plenty of space for three of us, very clean and had everything you could need. The location was perfect – walking distance to all the main areas you want to check out in downtown.
We didn’t interact much at all with the host Ryan, but that’s because we didn’t need to. And the guide he provided for the city was very comprehensive and helpful.
If I go back to Austin I would absolutely look to stay here again.

The house was really nice and in a great location in downtown Austin. Everything was welcoming and helpful and I’d definitely recommend staying here.
